Peter Malmrup was born in 1966 in Åhus, a town in the south of Sweden, 100 kilometers west of Malmö. Peter has worked as a tour guide and performed in several shows for Sunwing Hotels on Lanzarote and Mallorca from 1991 to 1994. Peter made his stage debut at the Golden Hits Restaurant in Stockholm. From 1995-98 Peter worked at various studio jobs including Warner Music, Inc. From 1998 he was a songwriter for Warner. In 1996 Peter sang in the chorus of one entry at the Swedish Song Festival. In 1996-97 he was employed by EMI Telstar for their cabaret shows aboard the Baltic Silja ships touring between Helsinkini and Stockholm. He has also created and performed for corporate entertainment. In Kristina from Duvemåla Peter performs in the chorus and the role of Robert, Karl Oskar's brother.
